Albert J. Marcella Jr., is a Professor of Management in the School of Business and Technology,
Department of Management, at Webster University, in Saint Louis, MO. Dr.
Marcella, remains the president of Business Automation Consultants, an
information technology and management-consulting firm. Dr. Marcella, performs
management consulting and IT audit reviews for an international clientele in
the design, implementation and performance of quality audits. Prior to the
formation of his own firm in 1984, Dr. Marcella, was employed by the Dun &
Bradstreet Corporation where he established and formalized the IT Audit
function.
Dr. Marcella's additional professional experiences include providing
internal systems consulting services to the Hartford Insurance Group, and the
design and execution of operational, financial, and data processing audits for
the Uniroyal Corporation, both in the United States and abroad. He has
contributed numerous articles to audit related publications and his most
recent book, WWW.StopThief.net, addresses the issue of identity theft, in the
growing presence of virtual markets.
Dr. Marcella, holds a Ph.D. in Management with emphasis in Information
Technology from Walden University in Minneapolis, a Masters of Business
Administration in Finance, from The University of New Haven in Connecticut,
and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a dual major
in Management Information Systems and Management from Bryant College in Rhode
Island. Dr. Marcella's dissertation research examined the relationship between
Ethics and Auditor Judgment.
Dr. Marcella, is the Institute of Internal Auditors ‘s Leon R. Radde
Educator of the Year, 2000, Award recipient. Dr. Marcella has also been
recognized as a Distinguished Adjunct Faculty Member by the Institute of
Internal Auditors.

Mr. Robert Greenfield is a consultant with PDS - The Aviant Group, a national
consulting firm specializing in the Aeronautics and Astronautics fields.
Mr. Greenfield has over twenty-five years of experience in the field of information
technology. He has been trained and certified in various operating
systems, relational databases, and programming languages. Mr. Greenfield
has served as a Systems Administrator for Unix based platforms, as well as
having extensive experience in both the mainframe, midrange, and smaller
systems. Mr. Greenfield has worked in most facets of the IT field
including computer operations, support, hardware maintenance, systems analysis
and design, application programming, system programming, networking operations
and design, and
quality assurance.
Mr. Greenfield has vendor certifications in Informix, Sybase, Oracle, IBM
DB2, IBM DOS/VS/VSE/VM Operations, Microsoft Windows NT Administration,
and is a Microsoft Certified Professional.
Mr. Greenfield's background includes working with industries ranging from brewing,
and stock brokerage, to aerospace. Mr. Greenfield is currently working under contract to The Boeing Company
working in the Boeing Training Systems Group.
